Teaching Philosophy

Fostering excellence in compassionate
patient family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning

As a Clinician Educator, I am dedicated to cultivating a new generation of pediatricians who embody the core values of patient family-centered care, evidence-based practice, and lifelong learning.

At the heart of my Teaching Philosophy is the belief that medicine is both a science and an art, requiring not only clinical proficiency but also the ability to connect with patients and their families on a human level. To achieve this, I prioritize the development of empathy alongside
clinical reasoning and critical thinking.
